416 Pyroptosis of keratinocyte in Stevens-Johnson syndrome / toxic epidermal necrolysis

Stevens Johnson syndrome (SJS)/ toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are characterized by the remarkable cell death of keratinocytes. Our previous studies have revealed that keratinocyte pathway involve apoptosis and necroptosis. However, in recent years, it has been found there is a crosstalk between apoptosis, necroptosis pyroptosis. Pyroptosis an inflammatory programmed caspase 1-mediated cleavage GSDMD release IL-1b IL-18. The aim our study to reveal whether pyroptosis associated with pathogenesis SJS/TEN develop specific therapeutic agents can suppress these programs SJS/TEN. Expression cleaved caspase1, which were key players pyroptosis, observed keratinocytes patients immunofluorescent staining.
